                                                   LONDON

London is the capital city of England. The population of London is about 15 millions. London is one of the world's most important business and financial centers. It is the intersection of international tourism. London has the busiest air traffic of the world. It is a city with plenty of green. There are hundreds of parks and gardens. River Thames divides the city. Also, there are many remarkable aspects of London. For example, the steering wheel is on the right side of the car. 0 degrees of the meridian passes through Greenwich near London.  More than 300 different languages are spoken.

We were in London yesterday. We stayed at hotel which was really well situated close to Notting Hill underground station. Let me tell you, it isn’t easy to find a cheap and clean hotel in London but we were pleasantly surprised when we eventually found this one. Its name is Blue Bell Hotel. The room was of adequate size, though the bathroom was small it was perfectly functional. The hotel also has a nice lobby where we spent some time together, Also, thank you to the staff for all they did to make the stay comfortable. We recommend this B&B ( Blue Bell Hotel ) in central London to visitors looking for an economical and enjoyable vacation.

We woke up about 8.30. It was a rainy typical London weather. Breakfast goes on at 8.00 to 10.00 at the hotel. We decided to have breakfast in there. We have heard breakfast is the most important meal for the British. Even they say English people give up dinner, but never give up breakfast. Brunch culture already comes from British. We went the dining hall. There were buttered eggs, fried mushroom, bacon, fried tomatoes, fried bean, fried bread..etc. So, English people like fried foods so much. Also, there was tea with milk and cream of tea. Moreover, we have tasted the orange marmalade. It was so delicious. We strongly recommend to you.

We left the hotel about 12.00. We have begun our tour of the London Eye. We have entered the crowded ticket queue. We had a wonderful time at London Eye. Let's give some information about London eye. The London Eye is the tallest ferris wheel of Europe. The London Eye was built in 1999, has quickly become a symbol of London. You should take into consideration the long waiting time to ride the Ferris wheel. If you say you cannot be bothered to wait for tickets, you should buy tickets from www.londoneye.com

After that, we visited Madame Tussauds. It is scalpture's museum. It was founded by wax sculptor Marie Tussaud. Price of enter was 20 Euro, a bit expensive. Inside you can see the mummies of many famous as Bob Marley, Gorbachov. If you zoom in, you can think Justin Timberlake was not so handsome and Merlyn Monroe was too short. You can still take a photo with Michael Jackson. After viewing celebritis invidually, We followed the arrows to go out supposedly. Suddenly, environment changed, danger signs on the walls.. At the very moment, a monster ran towards us aloud. Only we know how we are afraid. What's up ? Apparently, there was a horror part of the museum. We screamed and went back. Two minutes later we decided to try again and second attacak came up. We could not stand so we went out. Still we wonder what is the continuation of horror  part. We wish we had been inserted.

         ADOLF HITLER                                                                                    NELSON MANDELA

   MICHAEL JACKSON                                                           MARILYN MONROE

Later, we visited to British Museum. While we were walking around the museum, we were watching in admiration. But we were furious with English. We know that all of this works taken there. They are exhibiting artifacts which collected from around the world nicely. You can see the best examples of Egyptian, Greek and Anatolian history. Also, entrance is free.

        PHARAOH

               OXFORD STREET

When we exited the museum, we reached the Oxford Streed instantly. It is one of London's busiest shopping street.

When we walked the street throughly, we reached Hyde Park. It is like paradise. There are a lot of squirrel. We were suprised that people sitting on an empty stomach. They are just eating tuna sandwich and hot dog. In our opinion, they should make barbecue, align meatball and lamb chops.

       HYDE PARK

We went to a famous burger for dinner. We decided to go by taxi. Cute black cabs drew our attention. We took to the one immediately. We should note that there is quite comfortable.  It is foursome and quite spacious. They open than 2.40 pounds taximeter.  a different tariff at weekend. It is quite expensive in a word. Then we are ripped off a bit because that day was Saturday.

Taxi drivers have education for three years in UK. This period of education they almost learn every streets. If they get licence, they don't pay fee. It is a nice job indeed.

The famous burger’s name is  “Byron Hamburgers”. There are a lot of branchs of “Byron” in London. We ate cheeseburger, fries, potato wedges, onion ring, cheesecake and drank coke, tea in there. I counted a lot of thing, didn’t I ? Because, we wanted to taste everything. One final thing, we have eaten cheesecake. It was incredible delicious. Don’t care that it is brand of hamburger, we recommend you to eat cheesecake in “Byron Hamburgers”.

BE STILL IN MEMORISES ABOUT LONDRA
  •   Even we  were travelling the city on foot, we were perplexing beacause of traffic flowing directly away. We were suprised about that. Every attempting cross over, we were checking both way. For this reason, we really had a neck ache. Fortunately, as you can see in the photos below all crosswalks tagged "LOOK LEFT"," LOOK RIGHT ". We guess they try to make measures tourist accidents. It is a beautiful thinking. Besides, it is a good munipical work.

     ·           London Eye is the biggest ferris wheel in the world.
  •    You can see luxury cars which are more than other countries in the streets.

  •   Almost every corner of London newspapers are distributed free of charge.

         MACARONS

Our last visit will be Palace of Versailles. This palace is the most important palace in Paris. It was built by XIV. Louis in 1668. Later, it was made arrangements. We searched in the internet. We read interesting information about the palace in Wikipedia. For example, at first there weren't any toilets. Later, they made toilets. But, the toilets is made for king and close member of his family. Therefore, there were bad smells in the palace.

One of our friends suggest Palace of Versailles. He sent us some photos of this palace by Whatsapp. He have been to Palace of Versailles two yeares ago. We are fascinated about the photos. We shared the photos below.

Palace of Versailles is the most important place in the hall of mirrors. (Hall of Mirrors) At the end of the First World War, the agreement between the Allies defeated Germany (Versailles Treaty) was signed in this hall. This agreement is very important for the history of the world because this deal has caused even more after the second world war
